한수정 박사는 연세대학교 교육대학원 부교수이자 평생교육경영 전공 주임입니다. 미국 Boise State University에서 교수로 재직한 바 있으며, 현재는 평생교육 및 인적자원개발(HRD) 분야에서 연구와 강의를 병행하고 있습니다.
10년 이상 한국과 미국의 대학 및 다양한 교육기관(초·중등학교, 기업, 정부기관 등)에서 교육과 컨설팅 경험을 쌓아왔으며, 현재는 팀마인드셋 연구소 소장으로서 성장형 마인드셋, 팀 기반 학습, 팀 혁신과 창의성, 공유 리더십을 촉진하는 프로그램 개발, 연구, 컨설팅, 워크숍, 강연을 활발히 수행하고 있습니다.
한국인력개발학회 사무국장을 비롯하여 한국성인교육학회, 한국평생교육학회에서 활발히 활동 중이며, Human Resource Development Review 저널의 편집위원으로도 참여하고 있습니다. 또한 다국적 가상 팀과 팀 리더십을 주제로 한 다수의 저서 및 칼럼을 집필하였으며, 연구 논문은 Small Group Research, Human Resource Development Review, Human Resource Development Quarterly, European Journal of Training and Development, Team Performance Management 등 다수의 국제 학술지에 게재되었습니다.

Soo Jeoung Han is an Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Education at Yonsei University, where she also serves as the Program Chair for Lifelong Education and HRD. She previously served as a faculty member in the Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) program at Boise State University in the United States. Her research and teaching focus on lifelong education and human resource development (HRD).
With over 10 years of experience in both Korea and the United States, Dr. Han has taught and consulted across a wide range of educational settings, including K-12 schools, universities, corporations, and government institutions. She is the Director of the Team Mindset Lab, where she actively leads program development, research, consulting, workshops, and lectures focused on promoting growth mindset, team-based learning, team innovation and creativity, and shared leadership.
She serves as the Secretary General of the Korea Human Resource Development(KHRD) Society and is an active member of the Korean Society for Adult and Continuing Education and the Korean Society for Lifelong Education. She also serves on the editorial board of Human Resource Development Review.
Dr. Han has authored numerous publications, including books and articles on multinational virtual teams and team leadership. Her academic work has been published in prestigious international journals such as Small Group Research, Human Resource Development Review, Human Resource Development Quarterly, European Journal of Training and Development, and Team Performance Management.

Yongjin Kim is currently developing educational programs on character education, career development, and media literacy for both youth and adults, while also leading instructor training initiatives. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the Interdisciplinary Program in Cognitive Science at Yonsei University Graduate School. Kim's theoretical research interests focus on the influence of team mindset in solving complex problems across diverse cultural contexts, as well as the role of team culture in organizational growth. 김유미 연구원은 현재 청소년과 성인을 대상으로 영어 학습 및 학습 코칭을 진행하고 있으며, 강연자로도 활발히 활동하고 있습니다. 2024년 8월에는 연세대학교 교육대학원에서 평생교육경영 전공으로 석사학위를 취득하였고, 2025년 3월부터는 연세대학교 일반대학원 인지과학협동과정 박사과정에 재학 중입니다. 2023년에는 실제 교육 현장에 적용 가능한 교수학습 전략을 담은 『상황주도학습법』을 집필·출간하였습니다.현재는 다문화 사회에 대한 깊은 관심을 바탕으로, 다양한 문화적 맥락 속에서 자아탄력적인 개인들이 복합적인 문제를 해결해 나가는 과정에서 팀 마인드셋이 미치는 영향에 대해 이론적 탐구를 이어가고 있으며, 디지털 시대의 팀문화와 리더십의 상호작용을 주제로 한 체계적 문헌고찰(SLR)을 통해 디지털 리더십 관련 연구도 병행하고 있습니다. 이메일 주소는 kim017@yonsei.ac.kr 입니다.
Yoomi Kim is currently engaged inEnglish education and academic coaching for both adolescents and adults, and is also active as a public speaker. In August 2024, she earned a Master’s degree in Lifelong Education Management from the Graduate School of Education at Yonsei University. Since March 2025, she has been pursuing a Ph.D. in the Interdisciplinary Program in Cognitive Science at Yonsei University Graduate School. In 2023, she authored and published Situation-Driven Learning Method, a practical instructional guide designed for application in real-world educational settings. Currently, building on her strong interest in multicultural societies, she is exploring how team mindsets influence resilient individuals as they solve complex problems in diverse cultural contexts. In parallel, she is conducting a systematic literature review (SLR) on the interaction between team culture and leadership in the digital era, with a focus on digital leadership research. she can be reached at kim017@yonsei.ac.kr.

Heeseok Ra develops customized educational programs and provides lectures and consulting services on character education, career development, and digital literacy. She received a master’s degree in Lifelong Education Management from the Graduate School of Education at Yonsei University in August 2024 and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the Interdisciplinary Program in Cognitive Science at Yonsei University Graduate School. Her research focuses on how individuals’ cognitive and psychological changes—centered on themes such as growth mindset, flow, happiness, stress perception, calling, competence development, and self-efficacy—influence organizational culture and team growth. Believing that education plays a vital role in enhancing the adaptability of individuals and organizations in the era of digital transformation, she continues to engage in a variety of educational initiatives. Beth Szabo is an Instructional Designer at VSP Vision Care focusing on performance improvement for sales. She is passionate about helping people learn and grow, and is particularly interested in accountability and motivational research. Beth is currently completing her Masters in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State University. Nani is a current Graduate Assistant for Dr. Han. She began the Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning program in summer 2019, where she plans to earn a MS degree. Nani graduated from Washington State University’s Carson School of Business in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration focusing in Human Resources. Prior to being Dr. Han’s GA, she worked as a Retention Manager for a TRIO SSS educational grant. Karen Mitchell is the Founder and Owner of Omm Office LLC, an organization that uses mindfulness as a workplace performance tool helping people and organizations meet goals and produce content. Karen is currently completing both an MS in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning, and a graduate certificate in Workplace Instructional Design at Boise State University. Emily Poitevin is currently Dr. Han’s graduate assistant and working on earning her MS degree in Organization Performance and Workplace Learning. Michael Beyerlein is a Professor in the Human Resource Development Graduate Program at Texas A&M University. Formerly, he was professor and department head of Organizational Leadership & Supervision at Purdue and prior to that Founding Director of the Center for Collaborative Organizations and Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of North Texas. His books, book chapters, and articles usually address the topics of teams and collaboration, creativity and innovation, knowledge management, and intangible capital. His research interests include: team creativity, emergence of virtual organizations, and innovation science. His most recent edited book is The handbook for high performance virtual teams (2008) with Jill Nemiro and others.
