I took this photo one morning when I was eating breakfast. I was inspired by ads I've seen for cereal where they show the cereal falling off the spoon, but I was unable to freeze the motion when I tried taking a photo like that.
To take this picture, I cut up a pomegranate and arranged the pieces so they were all in the image but some would be in the background. I liked how the camera focused on the pieces closest to the camera but I also took some with the background included.
I got inspired by the photo on the guidelines for this project and then when I saw it again on Pinterest. I was interested in this idea because it was easy to make original, for example, I set up the spices in the background which wasn't in the original.
