Deadline: Sept 30^th is deadline for all names of nominees to consider to student services (If you are interested please ask a teacher to nominate you)

FHS may only nominate one. The nominee will then have paperwork to complete in November.

Amount: national winner $5000, with 8 other $500 awards.

Eligibility: The student is to have following qualities: dependability (loyal, trustworthy, punctual); service (cooperative, courteous, considerate); leadership (self-control, responsible, personality of a leader); patriotism (unselfish interest in family, school, community, nation).

Note: academics are not considered in this award… only the above 4 categories.
