The first mobility took place in November 2021, when two teachers from our school had the opportunity to visit Vienna, Austria, to participate in a professional development course on how to successfully address culture and linguistic diversity in the classroom.

This course provided valuable insights into various aspects of integrating cultural elements into our teaching practices. We explored effective strategies for working with linguistic and cultural diversity, emphasizing its significance and the immense learning opportunities it offers. Additionally, we reflected on the importance of fostering mutual respect and appreciation for diverse backgrounds, reinforcing the idea that diversity enriches the educational experience for both students and educators.
