Here is a logo designed by our students to symbolize the first Erasmus experience.
Between 2021 and 2023 we successfully carried out three job-shadowing experiences in Austria, Turkey, and Italy. These professional visits enabled us to explore different educational environments, observe innovative teaching practices, and gain insights into alternative pedagogical approaches implemented across Europe.
Furthermore, two of our teachers had the privilege of travelling to Austria to attend a specialized training course focused on culture and linguistic diversity. This formative experience equipped them with valuable strategies and techniques aimed at effectively managing and resolving conflicts within the educational setting.
The knowledge and best practices acquired through these international mobilities have been instrumental in enriching our school's teaching methodologies. By integrating the lessons learned from these experiences, we have been able to enhance our educational practices, improve our classroom dynamics, and contribute to the overall development of our institution.
A total of ten of our teachers had the opportunity to participate in the abovementioned mobilities across various countries. They acquired new knowledge, which they later shared with the rest of the teaching team.
Gradually, we have incorporated these learnings into activities that have fostered the development of multilingualism. Here is a Padlet showing some of the activities implemented following these mobilities:
We are now embarking on a new journey that enables us to explore other mobility opportunities. Not only are we travelling as educators to visit various institutions, but we also have the privilege of travelling with our students, allowing them to discover and learn from diverse perspectives while engaging in meaningful cultural exchange experiences.
For our first job shadowing mobility in Konya, Turkey, we prepared a video presentation of our school to introduce it to our host institution. This allowed us to share our educational approach, values, and daily practices while fostering a deeper exchange between both institutions.
Years later, in 2025, before participating in a Formative Course in Helsinki, we were also required to create a presentation about our school, explaining our methodology and how the school works.
We have created an Erasmus Wall to expose information and pictures about all the mobilities we keep doing in the school.
