In October 2025, two teachers spent a week in Florence to take part in a formative course called “Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence and Bullying Prevention”.
They carried out an extensive work on emotional management, conflict resolution, and school coexistence through practical activities, debates, and group dynamics. At the same time, there was a deep reflection on emotional intelligence, nonviolent communication, and preventive work against bullying and cyberbullying. All of this made it possible to learn tools such as the PERMA model, the empathy map, and the Six Thinking Hats, among others.
Experiences were shared with other teachers from across Europe, which also provided insight into how other educational systems work.
It was a very enriching experience on cultural, linguistic, and educational levels.
The teachers who participated in this mobility explain how they felt about the experience, what it brought them professionally, and how they have incorporated what they learned into their daily teaching practice.
