For this topic, I intend to explore a wide variety of artists and their styles, I have chosen Giorgio Cravero, Alicja Brodowicz and Aaron Siskind.
Interestingly, the latter was an artist I looked at for my GCSE coursework, I have specifically chosen to look at him again because I feel I am now better equipped to do his work justice and I think it will be an interesting and beneficial experience to see how my skill has developed.
I want to for the very first time set up a studio style environment in which I can take still life shots inspired by the work of Giorgio Cravero. This style is not something I am inclined to lean towards so we shall see how that turns out.
Alicja Brodowicz is an artist I have loved for some time now; I think her work is so beautiful and evokes such visceral emotion in me. I hope to do her pieces justice by taking images of both nature and man-made structure alongside those of anatomy.
