Why Is It Important For Parents/Caregivers To Learn About Trauma?
Studies have shown that childhood trauma is more commonplace than often assumed.
Children may not have experienced a trauma yet but could in the future.
Even if your child hasn't experienced a trauma, you may know another child who has---your child's friend, your neighbor, or a relative.
It takes a community to prevent and help heal from trauma.
