- During the MGI: Nick Gordon will begin designing the Ethnography Unit (with support from Jon Potts) and Jon will design the events connecting the unit with the PLP (with support from Nick)
- After the MGI Jon will begin developing the Innovative Media and Fabrication Lab
- Provide a timeline for implementing various tasks (teach lessons, meetings to assess student work). This schedule will align with the overall project timeline and the our Team 7 curriculum map
- Our researchers will meet regularly anyway since we are already team teachers. We have common planning time three hours every week and may use additional planning time as well to coordinate activities specific to this project. Also, both Jon Potts and I will be participating in the PLP Pathways project throughout the Fall of 2017.
- Create student engagement survey on Google forms. The survey data will be in the form of students rating themselves and the learning environment with scales and with narrative feedback. I will be able to share to results of this survey in January during the Middle Grades Conference.
