Visionary Planner

All of our group members have similar beliefs about education, but as with any group project, the challenge is getting on the same page. In the initial stages, when we were choosing our core values, most of us found ourselves saying "I didn't write that as one of my core values, but I agree with it." What I like about our project is that we all threw out ideas and the final product reflects all four of us in some way. The document below outlines our planning stage.
