Before you can sign up (register) for Concurrent Enrollment classes, you will need to create a Concurrent Enrollment account with the college/university the class is taught through. You will need to fill out the application using these links:

Southern Utah University - suu.edu/concurrent/admissions.html

SUU requires transcripts be sent to them as well. Fill out this form to have your transcript sent - bit.ly/InnovationTranscript

The college/university will process your application and send you an email with instructions on activating your account. This process could take 1-2 weeks so plan accordingly. You will want to have your account set up before registration opens.

Weber State University offers In Person or Online classes. 

Snow College offers IVC - Interactive Video Conferencing classes. IVC classes follow the college campus schedule, i.e. Monday/Wednesday classes. This may cause time conflicts with boundary split scheudles. Hybrid classes are classes where the in person class is recorded and posted to the hybrid class. 

Southern Utah University offers Online classes only. Students in 11th or 12th grade are eligible to take these classes. Please look through the course list to determine which classes you would like to register for. 

***Snow College and Southern Utah University registration is open for districts surrounding that area a week before they open up for Innovation High and other high schools in the state. This means that there is no guarantee that a class will have available seats by the time registration is open for all schools. Keep this in mind when you are planning out your schedule and have a backup option if your class is full.

Weber State University

These classes follow the Weber School District schedule. A grade will be posted at the end of each quarter. If you have any issues or concerns with the class, please talk with your teacher to determine a solution. If there is no solution, talk with your counselor to discuss your options. 

Snow College

Snow College follows the college campus schedule. Grades will be posted to the college transcript and reported to the high school at the end of the semester. These classes do not have quarter grades. Here is a link to the college calendar: https://www.snow.edu/catalog/academic_calendar.html 

Southern Utah University

DROP - 

Dropping a class allows students to be removed from the class without penality. Students will be issued a refund for applicable fees. A grade will not be posted to the high school or college transcript. To drop a class, students will need to meet with the counselor to fill out the appropriate form.

Snow College - Jan. 28, 2025

Southern Utah University - Jan. 29, 2025

WITHDRAW - 

Withdrawing from a class should be used as a last resort if there is no way to pass the class. Students who withdraw from a class will not receive any refund and a W will be added to the college transcript. No high school credit will be issued for Snow College and SUU classes. For Weber State classes, students who withdraw after midterm will still be issued a high school grade. Students will need to meet with the counselor to fill out the appropriate form.
