The school year is around the corner and I bet you have some questions. We hope this helps but if not please don’t hesitate to reach out.

What classes do you have at the WiCC?

What day does school start for the WiCC?

The first day of school for students is September 2nd

What time should I arrive at school? 

Students are welcome to enter the building at 7:20am. Block 1 begins at 7:37 so make sure you give yourself ample time to get to your class on time. 

What should I bring to be prepared for class? 

The only thing you will need the first day is your school issued computer. Teachers will be going over what you will need for their class. 

How will I know where my classroom is? 

Mrs. Moody and I will be there to greet you and let you know where to go. 

How will I log onto the network? 

We will be issuing every student a WiCC email and password to log into our network. This also means the student and parent/guardian will need to sign an internet use policy form. 

Will there be a cost to the program I am taking?

There is no cost to you to attend the WiCC however some classes require safety equipment, special attire and/or personal supplies. That said, no one will go without. We will have access to these items or if you wish to purchase your own we can discuss a payment plan with you. 

Can I use my cell phone at the WiCC? 

No. There is a new NH law that went into effect last spring stating that students cannot use their cell phones “bell to bell” (during the school day) If you need to contact someone you are welcome to use the phone in our office. 

     If I am a self-transporting student, where should I park? 

You can park anywhere in the student parking lot. Coming from the west it will be the first driveway before the high school. Coming from the east it will be the driveway after you pass the high school. You can see the parking lot from the road. If you are a self transporting student you will need to sign our driving permission form

    Where do I enter the WiCC? 

There is a glass connector from WRHS to the WiCC. Follow the walkway to the door located in the connector. Once you enter Mrs. Moody will buzz you into the building. 

    Where do I go to wait for my bus? 

There are multiple areas around the WiCC for you to sit and/or do work while you wait for your bus. 

    Will you be doing an open house? 

Yes! And we want all of you and your family to come! It will be on September 4th from 4pm-6pm. 

    I didn’t sign up but I am interested in taking a class at the WiCC. Is it too late?

No. Reach out to Mrs. Wujcik (awujcik@wrsdsau59.org) and we can see what options are available. Don’t wait too long though, we will have to close registration eventually.
