SEEKING TEACHERS

Skilled workers, including career changers with significant industry experience, are ideal career and technical education (CTE) teacher candidates.  A degree or current NH teaching license is NOT required for this position.  The State of NH has a well-regarded Site-Based Licensing Plan (SBLP) model, similar to an apprenticeship, where candidates are deemed eligible (NH Statement of Eligibility), apply and are hired, and then start in the classroom with full competitive compensation and benefits.  Candidates are supported with professional development to refine their teaching skills and gain licensure over the first three years.
