Guidance Counsellors are your personal support staff who help guide you through course selection, post-secondary planning, and career planning. In addition to academic preparation, we can also connect students with social and emotional supports including referrals to Southwood's Social Worker and Child & Youth Worker.
Southwood's Guidance Department offers two courses: Career Studies (GLC2OH) and Peer Helping (GPP3OY). See below for their descriptions.
Start your journey by joining your Graduating Class Google Classroom where you'll find important information and opportunities posted throughout your time at Southwood.
