United Airlines began as a sponsor of Make-A-Wish International in 2012, and has donated more than 4 million miles in the last years to help make wishes come true. Donated airline miles help make wishes come true around the world, and the best part is donated miles never expire.

The United MileagePlus Charity Miles program allows customers to donate miles to Make-A-Wish to help fulfill its mission of granting wishes to children diagnosed with critical illnesses around the world. MileagePlus members can donate miles to Make-A-Wish on United’s website or through Make-A-Wish International's website.

Club Med is a private company headquartered in France, specialized in all-inclusive holidays. The company supports Make-A-Wish Affiliates around the world in the execution of the wish experiences in their resorts.

Through its Open Homes Program, Airbnb offers free stays for wish children around the globe. Airbnb has donated more than US$2 million to Make-A-Wish International and Make-A-Wish America combined, which equals one wish per day!

Since 2015, we have worked with Airbnb to provide in-kind accommodations for wish families through their charitable platform, Open Homes. Make-A-Wish International and Make-A-Wish America participated in a pilot program with Airbnb and we granted some amazing wishes. Airbnb “hosts,” or property owners, are committed to making Make-A-Wish guests feel welcome and providing memorable experiences.

Airbnb wanted to continue supporting MAW’s Mission ensuring fantastic stays to children all over the world. Airbnb donated $500,000 to be shared between the two Make-A-Wish America and Make-A-Wish International, to be used to refund booking of accommodation for Wishes in 2021.
