More about the campaign
The state of Oregon (specifically the Oregon Home Care Commission) launched to support a year-long home care workforce recruitment campaign to raise awareness about home care professions and connect people to meaningful, flexible jobs across the state. I’m a partner of theirs helping to get the word out about these jobs and the new benefits and level of flexibility they offer.
This is a critical effort: Oregon will need to fill 36,000 job openings in home care by 2030. These jobs offer unprecedented flexibility, benefits like health insurance, and paid training—making them highly attractive to students and those exploring a healthcare career path.
