Each group is supported by trained New Avenues staff but are youth-led and completely free. Snacks and supportive vibes provided. To refer to a youth, staff can complete the second link below, but youth can also self-refer by completing the first link.
Youth ages 12-23 who are in or have recently transitioned out of foster care, and have identified feelings of loss or missing someone or something in their lives.

Avenues to College is a 2-year long program for current and former foster youth wanting support in accessing college.
We support folks ages 18-23 looking to begin their college or trade school journey through a combination of group programming to build connections and community with their peers, as well as dedicated 1:1 coaching throughout their 2-year enrollment.
We work with folks to navigate things like finding grants/scholarships to apply for, FASAF applications and deadlines, mapping out career interests to explore college degrees, and more.

Graduated from high school/ GED or be on track to graduate by June
