These sessions focus on enhancing attendees’ knowledge and skills to better support their participants. Previous professional development sessions, suggested by Coaches, have covered topics including living wage jobs for participants without degrees, supporting job search for justice-involved participants, and finding childcare resources. In addition to the learning component, each professional development session provides valuable networking opportunities for exchanging information and ideas.
APN Professional Development Sessions are typically held virtually from 9 AM - 11 AM PST. The training sessions are accessible online and recorded. Please see the APN Professional Development Schedule for upcoming sessions and registration information.
