Students must maintain minimum attendance of 90%. All bursary payments are linked to attendance and this will be closely monitored where attendance does drop below this amount, bursary support will not be received.
Attendance will be assessed for a specified period immediately prior to the scheduled payment dates.
Where learners, punctuality, attendance and/or behavior is a causes of concerns this may result in loss or suspension of payments.
If a learner withdraws from their courses they may be asked to repay some or all of their bursary funding.
Bursary Payments
Where possible the college will strive to make agreed payments but as funding is limited payments are not guaranteed. Funding will be reviewed throughout the year and where necessary payments may be reduced or cancelled entirely due to budgetary constraints. Students will be informed of any changes or cancellations of payments in writing via their college email.
