How to Groom Wavy and Curly-Coated Dogs
Curly-coated dogs grow long curly hair with minimal undercoat and no noticeable shedding. Dogs with wavy coats may shed profusely. These coat types are prone to matting all over. The coat is maintained by detangling, combing and trimming. Most long-haired pet dogs get their hair trimmed every 6 - 8 weeks.
