Here are the steps to log into fuze which will allow calls to come through on the Chromebook.

Open the webpage (https://web.fuze.com/#/) and log in.
On the Fuze webpage, on the top right hand corner click on your name.
And go to "Settings".
On the "Calls" tab select "Fuze Web"
This will allow you to make and receive calls using your fuze account and number.
Next go to the "Audio/Video" tab and make sure your Microphone and Speakers are connected to your headset.
You can also test them here.
Next, on "Connected Accounts" import your Google contacts.
This will give you access to the full directory of contacts for the business.
Once on a call please follow these steps to complete a transfer.
When on all select the "Transfer" option and a transfer window will appear.
Search the person you wish to transfer to, or if it is a department you wish to transfer to, search "Fuze" and the fuze contact numbers for each department will appear.
You can select "Transfer Now" to cold call.
"Call First" to warm transfer or send the call to voicemail.
Once you select the person you wish to transfer to and hit "Call First" the customer will be placed on hold and the selected person phone will ring.
Once connected you can inform them of the reason for the call etc.
Once they have accepted the call and you have discussed it with them,
To transfer, just hit the "Transfer Now" button shown at the bottom of this screenshot.
That will transfer the call.
