The Appliances Online Order Management Team is the Admin team for Appliances Online Retail.
Everything you as a Salesperson are unable to change/process, will go through the Order Management team.
As the OM team are an internal only team, they have NO contact directly with customers in a lot of cases, so providing accurate, descriptive information when emailing them is very important.
Raising Changeovers.
Damage Allowances.
Cancelling and Refunding orders.
Splitting orders.
Re-invoicing.
Proforma Ordering for Appliances Online.
Advanced order changes.
Refunding balances.
Raising Gift cards.
Finding lost/stuck orders.
And anything in between.
While the OM team is here to support the Sales team, it is important you provide as much information as possible when emailing or contacting OM.
The Team members for OM do not approve Changeovers/Refunds/compensation etc. for customers, they simply process the cases sent to them.
If the correct information is not provided in emails to the team, they will reject the email and ask for more information, it is up to the salesperson to gather this information from the customer from then on.
