Custom Robotics Integrated Lesson
Ge support from your DTLS to create or coteach a lesson using one of our many robotics.
For this standard, students would be using the robot to navigate through the human body.
Shark Tank PBL
Have students work in a STEM challenge or Mini PBL to answer questions like What happens when trees are cut down? How can you create a solution for erosion? How can you save your town from leeves and forest fires?
Let a DTLS guide you in this process and have students create a wonderful interactive performance task based on their works.
Makey Makey Interactive Poster Projects
For this standard, students would be use the Makey Makey to make an interactive sound board to share information about the lesson they have learned based on their preformance tasks.
Phet Lab Simulations
Work with DTLS to conduct virtual lab simulations. These include but are not limited to heard population movements.
Tinkercad Diorama Designs
Students will use design software to create their dioramas. Some may have the opportunity to be 3D printed depending on materials availability, size, working ability of the model. Another option is to have the models uploaded into Merge Cube and used as an Augmeented Reality expirence based on their completed project.
