The Hope Full Life Center operates Helping Harvest - a grocery store that assists the elderly or disabled, those on a fixed income, those who have experienced unexpected illness, injury or catastrophic events, and working people who simply are not earning enough income to cover expenses. They are open Wed-Sat.

      • Through the "Find Food" section of the Regional Food Bank's website, you'll be able to search for food pantries nearby your home. They share the closest locations as well as dates and times that they will be open.

Schenectady Community Ministries

  • SCM offers a food pantry the third Saturday of each month and help assist families who are facing food insecurity. Visit their website for additional information including time and location.

  • The Capital City Rescue Mission has the resources and aid available for finding food, shelter, clothing, health centers, and local chapels.

Captain Community Human Services

  • Captain offers both a food pantry and hygienic products at their Clifton Park location. Visit their website for the most up-to-date information and hours/availability.

Salvation Army - Capital Region

  • The Salvation Army of the Capital Region is still open and accessible for clothing and household items. They are also continuing to operate their food pantry and mobile canteens. Their website has the most up-to-date hours and locations. Emergency assistance is also available.

  • Alaant is a community partner that focuses on employment and employment services and is prepared to assist you or a family member by offering: Recruiting Support, HR Generalist Support, Onboarding Support, Outplacement Support.

Hannaford Stores

  • Hannaford employs individuals that also receive supports from Wildwood. They are currently hiring immediate, temporary help for most if not all locations. Applications are being accepted through their website.

  • The Unity House of Troy provides connections in a variety of areas where people often need support. They offer emergency assistance, access to food and clothing, nutritional outreach and education, and support for victims of domestic violence.

  • The Homeless and Traveler's Aid Society is a community partner that helps get food to families that are in need, reduce/combat/prevent homelessness, and a variety of programs that assist in gathering the basic necessities for those that are without.
