Solo Cup Bowling

All you need is a beach ball/ volleyball/ soccer ball, etc, solo cups, and a hallway or living room space. You can change the pattern of the cups to make it more challenging.

At-Home Golf

You will need a card board box/boxes to make holes, a broom and ping pong balls OR golf club and golf palls if you have them, as well as towels to set course barriers. Make a course with different holes in different rooms, or set up one target.

Ring Toss

You need paper plates and an empty paper towel roll. Build the target with a paper plate as the base and the paper towel roll. Cut the plates into rings (decorate if you'd like!) and toss away!!

Balloon Badminton

For this activity you will need balloons and fly swatters. Set up a net or just hit it back and forth!

Make a comforting cup of tea

Vegan Chai Tea (A recipe from my mom, Gursharan Kaur Singh)
Shared by Michelle Singh

Ingredients:

24-ounces of water
24-ounces of non-dairy milk (soy, oat, cashew, hemp, rice, almond)
1 whole cinnamon stick (2-3 inches long)
5-6 whole cardamom
½ - 1 tsp of cloves
4 tea bags (decaf black or regular black; loose tea, if preferred

Boil the water with the spices and tea. Once the water boils, add the non-dairy milk of choice. Watch carefully, as it could boil over quickly. Once it returns to a boil, simmer uncovered for 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.

Pour into a mug. I like to add a splash of soy creamer to mine for some sweetness. You can add sugar or agave to keep it vegan.

Makes about 4 12-ounce servings.
