Yoga & Meditation

At Wildwood, Family Support Services team member Michelle Singh has been leading guided sessions, and providing instructional videos on several different practices.

WHY YOGA?

Yoga increases strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness. This is an exercise that can keep you flexible and strong without straining joints. It helps relax and energize. Even simple breathing and meditation practices have been shown to bring calm and relieve anxiety. This is a practice you can make as easy or difficult as you'd like.
