You must complete a vehicle incident report if you are in a vehicular incident during duty hours.
(This includes rental cars, WFISD owned vehicles, mini bus, and those that receive mileage reimbursement in their personal cars.)
Remain CALM. Do not admit fault. Avoid discussing fault when going over the facts with the other driver.
Check for injuries for yourself and others FIRST! If you are injured, you must file a First Report of Injury.
Contact the police to file an accident report. If it is not an emergency, you can call 720-5000. Report all damages and injuries. Make note of the police report.
Gather information from the incident, take photos of the scene with your cell phone. Complete the vehicle incident form the same day of the accident.

Notify your supervisor - if you are at fault, you will be subject to a drug test.
WFISD Vehicles are to be taken to Maintenance at 2015 5th Street immediately following the accident.
