Downloading Videos

1. Navigate to the YuJa through GoView

2. Hover the cursor over a video to reveal a menu

3. Select More

4. Click Download from the side menu

5. Verify the selected option for audio only or audio and video

6. Click Download Media

7. Select a download format from the choices of separate files or single file
   
   Note: Separate files will provide download links to two (2) mp4 files. The audio will be attached to one but not both files.

8. Click Request Media

9. Open UWG email for an automated email from YuJa with download links
