Frontline is a combination of two programs. One manages PD and IPDP (Individual Professional Development Plan)s for licensure purposes and the other manages absences and substitute assignments. Your building most likely updates Frontline for you when you attend PD or staff meetings. This is how contact hours are tracked. You are responsible for updating your IPDP and inputting any additional coursework or PD that you attend. Reach out to your WEA representative or HR for more information on Professional Development tracking.
Absences and subs are handled through Frontline as well. This system allows you to put in for a Substitute, attach documents, and communicate with a sub. You can also set a list of preferred subs and do a few other things that will make it easier to find a sub when needed.
