Westerville City Schools provides numerous digital products that provide instructional materials and support to our curriculum. Some of these products are provided to all students from K-12, while others are grade level or subject area specific. The following products are supported district-wide by the Educational Technology Department. Each content area or grade level utilizes other softwares or digital resources that may have different instructions. Information on these products can be requested from your child's classroom teacher(s).
Schoology: Learning Management System
Google Workspace: Productivity and Cloud computing suite
WeVideo: Video creation and editing
Frontline: Professional Development and Absence Management
Viewboard: Software to support the Viewsonic interactive displays (software can be used with/without the displays)
Clever: A Chrome extension that allows easy access to a number of programs and makes signing in easier.
Digital Citizenship Content: Federally required digital citizenship content for students to complete each year
Talking Points: A messaging app that translates between languages for parent announcements, messages, and polls.
WCS Beginning of the Year Technology Guide: A quick guide to your classroom technology and the beginning of the year tasks that will get them up and running for the year.

Schoology Status Dashboard: The status dashboard will give updates on any known issues with Schoology and PowerSchool.
