Something that I've wanted to do for a long time was to create a food account and share recipes, reviews, and recommendations to the public, however, I never had the courage or found time to do so. CAS gave me the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone, so I did that by creating a food account on Instagram. Instagram is a platform in which I had to be constantly engaging and aware of my followers, meaning, it required a lot of commitment and dedication. It took me around 2 weeks to finally create an account as it required a lot of planning. I needed to first come up with a name for the account, then decide what I was going to post, how often I was going to post, my target audience, and also the restaurants I was going to visit and food I was going to create to share on this account. Initiating the whole plan in the first place was quite overwhelming as I didn't exactly know how to approach it, but once I started posting photos, I eventually got the hang of it and started enjoying creating and posting content. Through this, I was also able to identify some of my strengths and weaknesses. I found that I did struggle with time management and did not consistently post photos because I would forget, or be too caught up in something else, but I did try my best to post as often as I could. On the other hand, I was able to enhance my creativity through the creation of this food account. The overall experience of creating the account, creating content, and posting photos was something that I really enjoyed and learned a lot from.
