Ticks

Ticks are the main cause of Lyme disease. Ticks have three blood meals in their whole lifespan, and that’s all the food they get! Ticks will breed on deer and sometimes on mice. Ticks have now traveled to places where they weren't before because of Climate Change. If a cold place becomes warmer, it can become the perfect place for ticks to sit and wait for a victim to come! They can also give many different symptoms or diseases from their bite, not just Lyme Disease. These diseases are not like an average cold or fever, they are way worse.
