When does the schedule launch? 

The Web Summit 2025 schedule is live now!

What are the big topics this year?      

We have stages covering 20 content tracks, featuring talks and sessions on topics ranging from fundraising and fintech to climate change and AI. And off stage, there is a whole host of other activations and activities taking place over three full days. 

Where can I find the schedule? 

You can check out the Web Summit schedule on your browser or on the Web Summit app. In the app, we recommend sessions we think you’ll like, based on the interests you specified when completing your profile. All your saved sessions will be added to your personalised schedule.

Note: As we are delivering a large, multi-day event – with many moving parts – some announced talk times and dates are subject to change, right up until the event.

Talk recordings & video downloads

Will my talk be recorded?

Yes, all talks at Web Summit will be recorded and edited by our video team. 

Can I download the video of my talk?

Yes, the video file of your talk will be available to download via the Web Summit web app shortly after the talk is finished. 

Follow these steps to download the video of your talk:

1. Log into the Web Summit web app

2. Go to the 'Schedule' page and then click 'My Schedule'

3. When you find your talk, click the 'Video recording' button

4. Your video will open on a new tab, click the more icon on the bottom right and then 'Download'
