I'm a speaker. Where can I find my ticket for the event?
As a speaker, you're automatically assigned a ticket for Web Summit. Your ticket is accessed via the Web Summit app.
Once you've logged in to the app (using the login details in your onboarding email), your ticket QR code can be found under 'My Ticket' in the profile menu.

Yes, anyone who is accompanying you must be registered with a ticket before arriving at the event!
We're delighted to offer each of our speakers one complimentary speaker guest ticket as standard.
Step 1: You must assign your guest’s ticket by logging in to your web app. You'll need to provide the full name and email address of your guest to assign the ticket.
Step 2: Your guest must then complete their own ticket profile before arriving onsite (they'll receive an automatic email after you assign them the ticket with instructions on how to do this).
Your guest will have full access to the entire event, and can accompany you backstage if necessary. They’re also welcome to enjoy the hospitality of our exclusive Speaker Lounge.

Yes! During the event, speakers and their guests register at Speaker registration and should always enter the event via the Speaker entrance at the MEO Arena.
Speaker registration drop-off point: Rua do Bojador roundabout at the MEO Arena.

No problem! You can collect your accreditation from Speaker registration at any time during opening hours.
But you're also welcome to collect your accreditation at any of the other Web Summit registration points around the city.

You should always enter the event via the Speaker entrance – this way you get to skip the queues at the Main registration entrance!
You should plan to arrive 90 minutes before your scheduled talk time.
Portuguese police conduct bag-screening and security checks at all entrances to the event. Bags bigger than A4-size must be checked in at the Speaker Lounge cloakroom after screening.
Once you've cleared security screening, follow the signs for the Speaker Lounge and check in with the speaker success team at the 'Speaker prep' desk. They'll check you in and make sure that you get to your stage at least 30 minutes before your talk.
