📅 Concert Information

• Date: Thursday, January 29th

• Time: 7:00 PM (Doors open at 6:30 PM)

• Location: West Deptford Middle School Cafeteria

🕕 5th Grade Student Arrival

• ⏰ Arrival: 6:15 PM

• 📍 Location: Gymnasium

• 🎺 Warm-Up: 6:30 PM on stage
  
  

👗 Student Attire

Semi-Formal Attire is Expected. (This is a special occasion) 

Please avoid: Jeans and if possible sneakers. 

This is a great excuse to get Dressed Up :-) 

🎼 On-Stage & Audience Behavior

• 🚨Students must leave cellular devices with their parents. 

• Student leaders will assist 5th grade students with Setup. (Direct them where to go when they arrive etc.) 

• All students are expected to be quiet, courteous, and respectful during performances.

🚗 Dismissal

• All students will be meet their parents in the cafeteria after the concert concludes. 

• After the concert students will go back to the LGI, gather their things and then make their way back to the cafeteria to join their parents. 

• Parents please stay in the cafeteria to meet your child.
