Instrument rental agreements are executed directly through an approved third-party vendor (Cole’s Music Service), NOT West Deptford Middle School.
School Role: The WDMS Band Program partners the Coles Music to provide on-site instrument delivery and pickup, instrument recommendations, and support families through the rental process. The school does not collect rental fees or manage rental contracts.
Parent Role: Parents/guardians are directly responsible for executing rental contracts, payments, and return terms with Cole’s Music Service (or another reputable music retailer of your choice).
