Christina Ruegamer is currently a doctoral candidate at Gardner-Webb University. She holds a Bachelor of Middle Grades 5-9 Science Education from Northwest Florida State College (2015). She earned her Master of Executive Leadership in School Administration from Gardner-Webb University (2019). She is currently a full-time instructional facilitator at an alternative school in North Carolina with Wake County Public Schools.Christina is currently conducting a program evaluation around the teacher perceptions of using gamification as an effective behavior management tool in the alternative setting. Joan T. Dorsey is currently a doctoral candidate at Gardner-Webb University. Her research interest includes conducting action research focusing on the impact of cultural proficiency on middle school teachers instruction.She is currently an assistant principal at a Middle School in North Carolina with Wake County Public Schools. She earned her Master of School Administration from North Carolina Central University (2017). She earned a Master of Early Childhood from Jersey City State College presently known as New Jersey City University.(1997).

Laine Smith is currently a doctoral candidate at Gardner-Webb University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Strayer University (2006). She completed the Career Switcher Program through Old Dominion University (2006) and earned a Masters in Educational Leadership from Old Dominion University (2008).Laine is currently in her 16th year of teaching. She is a full-time science teacher at a high school in North Carolina with Wake County Public Schools.Laine is currently conducting research for her dissertation on the positive and negative impacts on student learning in the post pandemic classroom. Megan G. Robertson is currently a doctoral candidate at Gardner-Webb University. She also holds a Bachelor of Education in Students with Learning Disability from the University of South Carolina Upstate (2013). She received her Masters of Education at Purdue University (2019). Megan is currently in her 9th year of teaching. Her field experience is in teaching students with multiple disabilities in the self contained classroom.
