It's EOG review time!

Wednesday May 26th will be a remote learning day. There will be no live meets. We will be available by email and talking points.

9:15 LIVE LESSON- We will focus on the character strength of Purpose.

9:30 Math Live Lesson- We will end our fractions unit with an assessment on comparing fractions on Tuesday. This assessment was pushed back due to the unscheduled remote learning day last week. On Wednesday our math lessons will focus on reviewing third grade math skills for EOG testing.

10:45 EL LIVE LESSON- Students will revise their final water opinion essays and then dive into reading comprehension EOG practice for the remainder of the week.

12:40 Intervention & Enrichment - Students will listen to the read aloud. They should also work on their cursive packets, Dreambox Monday-Thursday for 20 minutes, iStation on Friday for 20 minutes.

1:05 Specials This week is Music.

1:35-2:35 SMALL GROUP TIME - Students will spend 30 minutes in a small group with either Mrs. Olynick or Mrs. Perrott working on reading activities. When working independently they will work on assigned tasks, unfinished work, timed multiplication quizzes, and read to self. On Fridays, students will participate in PEPI at 1:40 and then complete an asynchronous activity. This week we will also incorporate test taking skills and strategies to prepare for EOG testing.

3:15 SCIENCE/SOCIAL STUDIES We will end our science unit on Earth's Land and Water Features. Students will take the final assessment on Wednesday during remote learning. On Thursday, we will begin our next social studies unit on history with a focus on the history of Raleigh. A teacher is available each day at 3:15 for science assistance or to go through the lesson. Students have the choice to complete the work asynchronously or join the Meet.
