9:15 LIVE LESSON- We will focus on the character strength of Perseverance. On Wednesday, Mr. Turley and Mrs. Jenks will be joining us for a quick Guidance lesson.

9:30 Math Live Lesson- We will continue our unit on building fluency with multiplication with a focus on the facts of 7s, 8s, and 9s. The students will take a math assessment on Thursday. All students should be completing their timed quizzes independently each day.

10:45 EL LIVE LESSON- We will begin the week with the End of Unit 1 Assessment. Students will write a new pourquoi tale and read it aloud for a fluency grade. Wednesday, we will begin Unit 2 with a focus on "building expertise" on freaky frogs and their adaptations.

12:40 Intervention & Enrichment - Students will listen to a read aloud of "Edward Tulane", practice Dreambox and iStation, and work on any other unfinished work.

1:05 Specials This week is P.E.

1:35-2:35 SMALL GROUP TIME - Students will spend 30 minutes in a small group with either Mrs. Olynick or Mrs. Perrott working on reading activities. When working independently they will work on their Week 16 Packet, unfinished work, read to self, and explore the new website, Freckle. There will be no small groups on Thursday to allow time for the students to complete their math test. There will also be no small groups on Friday. In place of groups, we will have a whole class meeting to celebrate Valentine's Day.

3:15 SCIENCE We will wrap up the Three States of Matter unit. Students will take a final quiz on Tuesday. Wednesday, we will begin a new science unit on Forces and Motion.
