The College Planning 101 presentation was delivered to parents the night of Wednesday, October 20th. The same presentation was delivered to senior students in their English classes on September 28th and 29th.

The Teen Stress & Anxiety: Keeping Calm to Carry On presentation was delivered virtually to parents on Sept. 30th. In this video, we explain the difference between stress and anxiety, discuss how these each manifest in students and talk about options for managing these issues.
High School 101: In this video, we explain the different support staff available at the high school level as well as the role of a counselor, talk about organization and time management, discuss ways to get involved, and review some self-advocacy strategies and how to ask for help.
