New Student Registration/ Enrollment

Enrollment to Wayne Hills!

Please click on Registration where it will provide you all the information to register your child.

    1. ‘Create an Account’ on the left hand side.

    2. Follow the prompts and fill out the Registration Form and Health History

    3. When completed, please contact Mrs. Ava Berk at 973-317-2029 to make an appointment

    4. Please make sure to bring in Residency Paperwork which include

              • Lease/Deed, Bank Statement, Utility Bill,

              • Birth Certificate and Immunization Records

              • Disenrollment information from previous school

Disenrollment / Transferring

  1. Please contact and make an appointment with Ava Berk at 973-317-2029 if you are looking to transfer or disenroll your child from Wayne Hills.

  2. The student must have all the teachers sign off on all of his or her classes with the BLUE FORM.

  3. Once the form is completed, the Asst. Principal or Principal will follow up and sign off on the student.

  4. At this time the parent will come in to sign transfer card and form. Parents will receive a copy of the form and the original transfer card to bring to the school in which he or she will transfer to. You will also receive the most current transcript and report card.
