STEPS: Please start by reading this Scholarship Letter

1. Print out and sign the Cover Page. This form requires signatures from you and your parents/guardians. This form allows us to release your transcript to the Scholarship and Honors Board. Turn this form into the Counseling Office by the deadline. 

2. Fill out the Application Form (Google Form). You may only submit this form once, so please review your information before clicking submit!

3. Fill out the Scholarship Checklist (Google Form). This is the part of the application where you check off all scholarships for which you want to be considered. Please bring all additional requested documentation to the counseling office. MAKE SURE TO CAREFULLY READ THE CRITERIA FOR EACH SCHOLARSHIP! 

(Failure to complete all 3 sections will result in you being removed from the application pool)
