General Scholarships
The program focuses on molding student volunteers into strong servant leaders. By developing their leadership skills and providing opportunities to engage with mentors and other students from across the nation, the SLC’s aim is to produce skilled volunteers who have a greater appreciation for Veteran based servant leadership and volunteering.
The program will run from May through August and students can be expected to contribute generally 5 hours per week. Students will be able to accrue at least 75-100 volunteer service hours through the completion of the program, have the opportunity to be nominated as an outstanding ambassador, and have the chance to hear from great leaders. Our organization has also been certified to award the President's Volunteer Service Award.
The SLC Student Ambassadors that are in our program have been awarded over $200,000 in scholarships. Fill out this interest form to learn more.
