2020 Fall Testing for Seniors
SAT TEST DAY:
Wednesday, October 14 for all Seniors
7:40 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (approximately)

WHS Students - Main Gym
CCA Students - Room D-405 (Mr. Braginton's room)
Students with an IEP or 504 plan will receive room assignment from Mrs. Hager

Tuesday, October 27

TEST DAY
CHECK-IN:
Begins at 7:20 a.m.
For WHS, students will check-in by the Main Gym
For CCA, students will check-in at Mr. Braginton's room
Students with an IEP or 504 plan will check in at their assigned testing room
WHAT TO BRING?
No. 2 pencils.
Calculators will be provided to those who do not own one.
Sweatshirt/zip-up.
Snacks/water (these items must be left in the hallway, outside of the testing room).
Mask covering both mouth and nose throughout the entirety of the test.
BREAKFAST & LUNCH
Both will be available to all students, free of charge.
Breakfast can be taken in the Grand Hall cafeteria before the test.
Sack lunches will be available for pick up also in the Grand Hall cafeteria, at the conclusion of the test around 1:00.
The test will start promptly at 7:40 a.m. You will not be able to get into your testing room once the doors have closed.
Students: Do not bring in any electronic devices with you to the test! This includes your cell phone, iPad, smart watches, and fit bits. You may not access these items during breaks. Disable any alarms throughout testing time.
You will not be able to access your locker during and after the test, so either leave items in your car or in your backpack in the hallway. Remember, you may not access any electronic devices during break times! They must remain kept away. Accessing these items during testing time and breaks will result in you being excused from testing and your test scores will be canceled.
SAT SCORE SENDS
Contrary to previous years, students will have to select up to four colleges they wish to have their scores sent to on test day. Students will not be able to make any revisions to their selections after the test, so it is important to plan accordingly.
Review this list of participating colleges to plan ahead! The list of codes will be provided to students on test day.
PREPARE FOR THE TEST
Students may pick up a practice test in the Guidance Office, limited quantity available.
Practice tests can be accessed electronically in the Student Guide.
Students can continue to use their Magoosh and/or Khan Academy accounts to practice.
At the completion of the test, approximately 1:00 p.m., students will be dismissed to go home. Bus transportation is available to those who requested it.
PREADMINISTRATION
Students will complete required demographic information for their SAT.
When: Monday, October 5th or Tuesday, October 6th, on students' designated school day.
Students will be dismissed from their 2nd hour and will return to class at the conclusion of the meeting.
