SCHOOL DANCES
Snow Canyon High sponsors several student dances during the school year. Conduct at the dances must conform with the expectations for conduct during the school day. The Safe Schools Policy will apply to student conduct at all school-sponsored events. Student ID cards are required to enter into any dance.
Only high school students from SCHS can attend after-game, and informal dances. Students from other high schools may attend with administrative approval.
Students may not re-enter once they leave.
No slam dancing, dirty dancing or any other physical contact (i.e., moshing) which could be offensive or a safety hazard to others will be permitted. Students involved may be asked to leave and the dance may be terminated.
All dances will end by 10:00 p.m.
If inappropriate music is played or students interject inappropriate language the music will be shut down and the dance may be terminated
School policies are in effect for all school activities whether on or off-campus.
