We have pushed out licenses to all students for Read and Write Gold, which is a great app to support your best work in reading and writing.
CHECK YOUR EMAIL!! You will receive a request for this app to have access to your ChromeBook.Accept the warning to allow permission for Read and Write to have access to your information. It will then appear in Google Chrome as a purple and white puzzle icon (see above).

How to Access Read and Write While in Google Doc
When in a Google Doc, Form, a web page or other system, click on the purple icon. A drop down menu with the tools will appear. When you are done using the tools, click on the icon again and the toolbar will disappear.
