The handbook should be your first stop when it comes to questions of program policy. We update the handbook annually, so it is recommended that you always use the version posted on the VMN website, not a saved copy that might be out of date.

You're here! We have been building this library of information topics specific to chapter leaders. Please look through these pages for guidelines and procedures relating to your chapter leader position. We also recommend that you peruse the resources available under the “Start Here” (as you're doing now), “Chapter Management”, and “Chapter Leadership Session” tabs, as this information applies to many roles. We update the CLG as needed, so always use the information and documents posted on this CLG website, not saved copies that might be out of date. There is a search function on this site to help you locate what you need.
The VMN State Office hosts Leadership Sessions on Zoom six times per year for Chapter Leaders. These sessions are held in the ‘odd’ months and are optional but highly recommended. Topics vary and when possible, guest speakers are brought in. These sessions are recorded and can be found on the Chapter Leader Sessions page of the Chapter Leader Guide website
All VMN volunteers can access the program and chapter logos from within Better Impact. Login in the MyImpact page as a volunteer. Go to My Profile, then Files. Included at that link are the logo use guidelines; please follow those guidelines when using the logos so that we can maintain a consistent brand for our program. We also have high-quality files for all of our sponsoring agency logos that we can provide to you if you need them for specific purposes; just ask us.
