Indicia the Non-discrimination and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) statements that Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE) requires all VCE-related programs (which includes VMN and its chapters), have on their websites and public-facing documents. Public facing documents can include, but are not limited to, advertisements for programs and basic trainings, and documents and newsletters sent outside of VMN. This also includes people requesting accommodations for anyone with a disability
This document published by VCE lists all non-discrimination statements and how to use them.
The Non-discrimination Statement should be added to the universal footer of the chapter website. Similar to what you see when you scroll to the bottom of this page, or any page on the CLG or VMN websites.
The Non-discrimination Statement, the ADA Statement for Events, and the ADA Statement should be on all advertising for the chapter's basic training or any document advertising a specific program or event if the chapter is the host/organizer of the event.
The Non-discrimination Statement should be added to the footer of all newsletters or documents that are distributed to the public.
