Fixed Assets & Surplus 

The fixed assets coordinator for ISE is Brandon Webb, isefacilities@vt.edu.

In compliance with Policy 3955: Management of Surplus Property, all property that is no longer needed by the department must be sent to Surplus Property. To request an asset be sent to surplus, click the surplus request button below.  

Surplus Property is physically located at 1425 South Main Street, Blacksburg, VA 24061 (in the far end of the shopping center with Cook Out). 

Surplus Property holds auctions throughout the year which are open to the public. If interested, please visit the procurement site for dates and information.
