这个作业是需要我们挑一个中文作品,我们需要来介绍这个作品,还要说我们遇到这个作品的契机,然后为什么要选这个作品。我们这个选择的范围很广,可以是书籍,诗歌,电影,游戏,知道原创是中文的我们都能选择。我选择的作品叫做秋天的怀念,这个作品是史铁生创作的,这个作品基本的意思是母爱,是一位有着肝癌却还是非常细心照顾下肢瘫痪的我和一个未成年的妹妹。当时老师在课上的提的时候我就对这个作品非常感兴趣。我读完这个作品也被触动到了,所以我选择这个作品。
Introduce Chinese Work
This assignment requires us to choose a Chinese work. We need to introduce the work, explain how we came across it, and why we chose it. Our range of choices is very wide, it can be a book, poem, movie, or game, as long as the original is in Chinese. The work I chose is called 'Remembrance of Autumn,' created by Shi Tiesheng. The basic theme of this work is maternal love. It tells the story of a mother with liver cancer who carefully takes care of me, who is paralyzed in the lower limbs, and my underage younger sister. I became very interested in this work when the teacher mentioned it in class. After reading it, I was deeply moved, so I chose this work.
观后感
这两张是我们看完其他同学分享他们选择的中文作品的时候需要写的,他里面包含他选择的作品是什么,这个作品在讲什么,和有没有让我感兴趣。我在看他们分享的时候,确实有很多让我感兴趣的作品,比如一个在讲历史的漫画,父爱的,爱情的,等等等。这些作品都非常的不错。
Thoughts after watching
These two sheets are what we need to fill out after watching other classmates share the Chinese works they have chosen. They include what work they selected, what the work is about, and whether it interests me. While watching their presentations, there were indeed many works that caught my interest, such as a comic about history, ones about paternal love, romance, and so on. All of these works are really quite good.

这份练习是让我们需要站在双人对话的另一边,想着对方的想法是什么,可以拓展故事。我们现在开始读小王子这本书,在第二章节的时候,有一段小王子和飞行员的对话,原文中是站在飞行员的视角下来写这篇文章的,所以我们这份练习需要我们站在小王子的视角下来思考这个对话。当我做这个练习的时候,我十分的小心,我确保我不是只是换一个人物视角再把这个故事来说一边,所以我就努力想小王子会想什么。
Perspective changing exercise
This exercise requires us to put ourselves in the other person's perspective in a dialogue and think about what the other person might be thinking, which can help expand the story. We are now starting to read the book 'The Little Prince.' In the second chapter, there is a dialogue between the Little Prince and the pilot. The original text is written from the pilot's perspective, so for this exercise, we need to think about this conversation from the Little Prince's perspective. When I did this exercise, I was very careful. I made sure I wasn't just switching the character's perspective and retelling the story, so I made an effort to think about what the Little Prince would be thinking.
人物特质分析
这个需要我们读小王子的10-15章,这里每一章都会有一个不同的人物,我们需要写出他们每一个人物的特质,和为什么选择他们有这个特质。我做这个的时候,我非常苦恼,因为我找不到也分析不出来他们每一个有什么特点,毕竟他们的特质不会直接写在脸上,不会直接告诉你的,我花了很多时间在这个项目上,但是我还是非常认真的把它努力做完了
Character Trait Analysis
For this, we need to read chapters 10-15 of *The Little Prince*. Each chapter introduces a different character, and we need to write down each character's traits and explain why we think they have those traits. When I was doing this, I felt very frustrated because I couldn't find or analyze the characteristics of each character. After all, their traits aren't directly written on their faces or explicitly told to you. I spent a lot of time on this project, but I still worked very diligently to complete it.

This assignment requires us to select an important individual, conduct an interview with them, record the questions we ask and their responses, and ultimately compile a chronicle of their life. Finally, based on our interview and chronicle, we must analyse the events that have shaped them, culminating in a personal profile. For my assignment, I interviewed my mother, choosing her because other family members did not respond to my messages at the time. I posed numerous questions, primarily concerning her life experiences and her perspectives on them. I found the assignment manageable, though somewhat tedious。
我们需要在这个作业中,把我们之前做的人物采访,转换成一个寓言故事。从人转化成非人,而且要和原本采访需要有联系。我在这个作业中我把我妈转换成了一头牛,我写的和她的人生也有着不少的联系,基本就是按照她的故事来改编的,就是换了名词。这个作业我也做了不久,我们需要思考怎么转换,而且怎么转换过来的和原本需要有联系。所以这个作业也不怎么的简单,但是这也是为我们的期末作业来打基础。
For this assignment, we need to transform the interviews we conducted with individuals into a fable. This involves shifting from human subjects to non-human ones, while maintaining a connection to the original interview content. In this assignment, I transformed my mother into a cow. My writing draws heavily from her life story, essentially adapting her narrative while altering the names. This task was completed relatively quickly, but it required careful consideration of how to effect the transformation while maintaining a connection to the original interview. Consequently, the assignment was not particularly straightforward, yet it serves as foundational preparation for our final project.

我们这个作业需要把我们关心的一个议题抄下来,把原文写下来。然后写出为什么选择这个议题,他的核心是什么。我选择了一个AI的议题,我选择这个议题是因为我不想选大众的议题,我怕撞议题然后很尴尬,所以我选择了一个偏小众的议题。这个议题当时写很简单,但是在写期末的时候,我觉得我不该选这个议题,因为比较难转换。
For this assignment, we were required to transcribe a topic of personal interest, including the original text. We then had to articulate why we selected this particular subject and identify its core essence. I selected an AI-related topic. My reason for choosing this subject was to avoid commonplace themes, as I feared overlapping with others and feeling awkward. Hence, I opted for a more niche subject. Initially, it seemed straightforward to write about, but by the time the final assignment came around, I realised I shouldn't have chosen this topic, as it proved rather difficult to adapt.
我们这个期末创作需要我们,把之前选择的重要议题来改写成一个寓言故事,我们需要从故事三元素改写成一个非人的故事。我把不同的国家改成了不同的无尾熊,然后把AI改成了尤加利,因为现在人类很依赖AI就像无尾熊依赖尤加利一样,所以我把AI改写成尤加利。不同的无尾熊也站着不同的观点。对尤加利的的观点也不一样。总之这个期末作业很难,最难的一点就是改写成寓言故事,因为AI这个东西有点抽象,所以我就一直想,我问了老师和同学的帮助,我最后才能有这个不完美但是完成的成果,所以我想谢谢他们
For our final project, we were tasked with rewriting a previously selected significant issue into an allegorical tale, transforming it into a non-human narrative through the three elements of storytelling. I reimagined different nations as distinct koalas, and recast AI as eucalyptus trees. This is because humanity's current dependence on AI mirrors koalas' reliance on eucalyptus, hence my decision to equate AI with eucalyptus. Each koala embodies distinct viewpoints, and their perspectives on eucalyptus vary. In truth, this final assignment proved challenging, with the greatest difficulty lying in transforming it into a fable. The abstract nature of AI prompted much contemplation; I sought guidance from both my tutor and classmates. Their support ultimately enabled me to produce this imperfect yet completed work. For this, I wish to express my gratitude.
