While making this map, I learned the multiple different ways of drawing a map, how to use longitude and latitude to mark something on a map, and how to use scale properly to transfer it to a real life distance. This could help me read actual paper maps instead of always relying on google maps to get me everywhere. This could also help me in my school life if I ever want to major in geography. This activity was really fun and I hope that I get the opportunity to do more hands on work like this one.
